Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

Call ahead service is available to registered Immediate Care Loyalty Club members only
Loyalty Club ID number must be provided at the time of the call to be placed on waiting list; card must be presented at time of registration
Call ahead program is offered Monday through Friday between hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Call ahead program is not offered on weekends or holidays
Same day calls only
Patient must arrive at the facility within one hour of the call; if a patient does not arrive within one hour, his or her name will be removed from the waiting list
Immediate Care reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the program at any time
High acuity patients (those patients with potentially serious conditions such as chest pain, severe abdominal pain or excessive bleeding) will always be seen immediately, regardless of waiting list
